Delivery & Returns

Delivery Policy

We will try to process all orders placed the following business day. However, orders received over weekend or UK bank holidays will be processed on the first following business day.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with you’re your shipping tracking number.

All orders are dispatched using DHL. For shipments to UK and other European countries, our goal is for you to receive your package within 1 to 3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Minimum charge for delivery within the UK is £10.00 per order. Orders are delivered via DHL express. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery of your item.

Rest of Europe (excluding UK)
Minimum charge for delivery to European countries is £20.00. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery.

US, Canada and all other Countries
Please send us an email at for shipping rates and to place your order. Please note that local tax and duties may apply to your orders depending on the country in which you reside. SO-LE Studio Limited is not responsible for these custom duties.

Return Policy

We always hope that you fall in love with your order, but we are happy to accept return if your piece is not 100% satisfying.

You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund as long as your piece is in perfect condition.  However, if we determine that the piece has been used or worn or damaged, we reserve the right to decline the return of your order and reserve the right to refrain from providing a refund.

To return your order please:

  1. Email stating reasons for returning your purchase and SO-LE Studio will issue a return authorisation email.
  2. Print a copy of your return authorisation email and place in in your package.
  3. Ship your item(s) within 2 working days of receiving your return authorization email.
  4. Ensure SO-LE Studio receives your return package within 5 working days of the return authorisation email.
  5. Ensure your shipment is paid for.  SO-LE Studio does not pay for shipment costs of returned item(s).
  6. SO-LE Studio will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving the package.

Customers are responsible for organizing return of the piece to SO-LE Studio and shipping costs.  Returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Pieces purchased “On Sale”, or at a discounted price, are considered FINAL SALE. SO-LE Studio does not accept exchanges or refunds on these items.

Faulty items

We hope that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you ever receive a faulty item, please get in touch with us at and share a picture of the fault with us. SO-LE Studio will replace the faulty item and cover the related return shipping costs.


We hope your order wouldn’t require any repairs, but should you require repairing your piece, except for plated parts of your piece, please get in touch with us at We are happy to repair it for you.

Should you find any issues with the plated part of your jewellery, please get in contact with us within 30 days of purchase. We will try to rectify the issue to the best of our ability.
